With the growing crimes committed against women in India, Kaizer offers Workshop on Self Defense for Women. Our customized pratical workshop empowers women with the necessary skills and power to defend themselves against violence and abuse. We have introduced this Special Self Defence program for a woman, which is totally based on techniques instead of extra power.  From a school going girl to a typical housewives or working girl anyone can learn a set of these Defensive techniques specially selected and developed by our professionals.

Basic key component of our training is how you move and react; do you react with fear or confidence? Do you run or fight? Some times neither run nor fight is required, we inculcate the quality of fear less confidence which enables a person to tackle the situation in order to achieve the desired results despite of run or fight.

All our courses include instruction in the 3 R's of Recognize, React, and Respond, “how to recognize a potentially dangerous situation” is always our top priority.

Normally a person in his/her professional or personal life faces some embarrassing situation, we teach how to get rid of these situation it involves the techniques of Releasing from hand grip, neck grip, over arm grip, under arm grip, waist grip and hair grip.
